1. Introduction
SikanSolutions ("SikanSolutions", "we", "us", or "our") operates ADPulsify (also branded as Adpulsify.ai), a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses and creators manage social media analytics, advertising creatives, and publishing workflows (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit https://adpulsify.ai, create an account, connect social media accounts, or otherwise use the Service.
By registering for or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Data Controller
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), SikanSolutions is the data controller responsible for personal information processed through the Service.
Contact: privacy@adpulsify.ai
3. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process about users of the Service, website visitors, and individuals whose data may appear in connected social accounts (for example, comment authors on posts you manage through the Service).
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, social networks, or services that you access through links or OAuth authorization flows. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The categories below depend on how you use the Service.
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a cryptographic hash), preferred language, account role, and login timestamps.
- Authentication data: session tokens, refresh tokens, and related security metadata used to keep you signed in.
- Billing information: subscription status, product entitlements, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Connected social account data: when you authorize us via OAuth, we may receive and store platform account identifiers, usernames or page names, profile metadata, granted permission scopes, and encrypted access tokens (and, where applicable, refresh tokens and token expiry dates).
- Social content and analytics: posts, captions, publication dates, engagement metrics (such as impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks, saves, and video views), and comments or replies synced from connected accounts when you use analytics or moderation features.
- Publishing and creative data: AI prompts you submit, generated images and ad creatives, gallery metadata, publishing history, and platform-specific publishing settings you choose (for example, TikTok privacy level).
- Bridge and link data: creative links or campaign metadata you create within the Service.
- Technical and usage data: server logs, IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, error logs, and audit records related to security and account activity.
- Communications: messages you send to us for support or legal inquiries.
5. How We Collect Information
We collect information in the following ways:
- Directly from you when you register, update your profile, subscribe, create content, or contact support.
- Automatically when you use the Service, including through cookies or similar technologies used for authentication and session management.
- From third-party platforms when you connect accounts or authorize OAuth permissions (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and related APIs).
- From payment processors (Stripe) regarding subscription and billing events.
- From AI service providers when you request image or content generation features.
6. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts against unauthorized access.
- Sync, display, and analyze social media performance data you authorize us to access.
- Publish content to connected accounts according to your instructions.
- Manage comments and replies on connected social posts when you use moderation features.
- Generate, store, and display AI-assisted advertising creatives based on your prompts.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and entitlement access.
- Send service-related communications (for example, security notices or billing updates).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
7. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you request, including account management, analytics, publishing, and billing.
- Consent: where required for connecting third-party social accounts, optional features, or marketing communications you opt into. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent abuse, improve functionality, and support users, balanced against your rights and expectations.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or regulatory requests.
8. Social Platform & API Data
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts, you are redirected to the respective platform's authorization flow and explicitly grant permissions (scopes) requested by the Service for the features you use.
Our use of data obtained from Meta platforms (Facebook Login, Instagram API with Instagram Login, and related Graph API features) complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Meta platform data only to provide functionality you request—such as analytics, content publishing, insights, and comment management—and not for unrelated purposes.
Our use of TikTok platform data complies with TikTok for Developers terms and applicable API policies, including requirements for the Content Posting API and Display API where used.
We do not sell platform user data received from Meta, TikTok, or other social networks. We do not use such data to build unrelated advertising profiles or to re-identify individuals outside the Service.
You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the account in Service settings and/or removing the app authorization in your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account settings.
10. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved under applicable law.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When you disconnect a social account, we delete or anonymize associated OAuth tokens and stop syncing new platform data, subject to reasonable backup retention cycles.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
12. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of OAuth tokens at rest, HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction: request limited processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive personal information you provided in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent.
15. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise privacy rights, disconnect social accounts, or request account deletion, contact us at privacy@adpulsify.ai or use in-app account settings where available.
If you remove ADPulsify from your Facebook or Instagram account in Meta settings, Meta will send us a data deletion request. We process those requests automatically and provide a confirmation code and status URL as required by Meta. You can check status at https://adpulsify.ai/data-deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (for example, 30 days under GDPR).
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
16. California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by California law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To submit a California privacy request, email privacy@adpulsify.ai with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
17. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@adpulsify.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
18. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on https://adpulsify.ai and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
